Goal: Gentle movement and deep stretching for balance.

Routine (Foam Mat)

  • Cat-cow stretch — 1 min
  • Downward dog — 30 sec
  • Deep lunge stretch — 30 sec per side
  • Glute foam rolling — 1 min per side
  • Seated forward fold — 1 min
