Day 7: Explosive Power Glutes
Goal: Build explosiveness and athleticism in the glutes.
Warm-Up (5 min)
- Jumping jacks — 30 sec
- Walking lunges — 2 x 10 per side
Main Workout (Foam Mat)
- Box jumps — 4 x 8
- Broad jumps — 3 x 10
- Lateral bounds — 3 x 10 per side
Cool Down & Recovery (Foam Roller)
- Calves, hamstrings, glutes — 1 min each
