Day 7: Explosive Power Glutes

Goal: Build explosiveness and athleticism in the glutes.

Warm-Up (5 min)

  • Jumping jacks — 30 sec
  • Walking lunges — 2 x 10 per side

Main Workout (Foam Mat)

  • Box jumps — 4 x 8
  • Broad jumps — 3 x 10
  • Lateral bounds — 3 x 10 per side

Cool Down & Recovery (Foam Roller)

  • Calves, hamstrings, glutes — 1 min each
