Goal: Focus purely on shaping and toning the glutes.

Warm-Up (5 min)

  • Glute bridges — 2 x 12
  • Standing hip abductions — 10 per side

Main Workout (Ankle Straps)

  • Cable kickbacks — 3 x 15 per leg (moderate weight)
  • Cable hip abductions — 3 x 15 per leg
  • Frog pumps — 3 x 20

Cool Down (Foam Mat)

  • Child’s pose — 1 min
